A difficulty I faced

There is no free lunch in the world, my father once said. There are many difficulties in life where we are forced to overcome them. However, if one perserveres, one might just be able to overcome the difficulty. Here is a short story about how I felt during the tensing PSLE.
"Tick, Tock, Tick, Tock"...The clock gave off a lone sound in the silent hall, where 400 students were seated in, staring at their scripts with many looks, some worried, some confident, and some flushed. I was not special. I too, had a look, one that was...perhaps emotionless. However, lots of thoughts rushed through my mind: failure was one.
I stared blankly at my second last maths question, thinking in all sorts of ways how to solve this stupid thing. I was tired, brain-dead, and emotional. This won't work out...I could fail this paper. I haven't checked. I haven't completely understood this question. I was not sure of which method that could work. Negativity took control of me, and I could not relax.
When all else failed, I always told myself. RANDOM!!! No, no, no! No random. Exams were, and SHOULD be taken seriously. I breathed deep in and out, reading out each word in the question softly. An idea popped out. Hey! This might work out.
Excitedly, I began putting in the step-by-step and guess and check stuff, those that you find commonly in primary school maths. Tadah! I arrived at the answer!!!
Looking back at this event, I always remembered to perservere at a difficult corner, because its a value that is deserved to be put in action.
